Which terms and conditions are applied to our offers, orders and agreements?

The General Sales Terms and Conditions are applicable to all offers, orders and agreements of Little Hedonist. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that the applicability of these conditions are accepted.

 

Where can I send my complaints about products?

Little Hedonist believes it is very important that its customers are satisfied. If you have complaints about the products and/or services of Little Hedonist, please let us know. We request that you send your complaint to us within 14 days, by e-mail to sales@littlehedonist.com. We will do our very best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as an order has been placed and is paid, it can no longer be cancelled. This is because the orders are processed nearly always right away, in order to keep our delivery time as short as possible. Of course the articles can be exchanged or returned after delivery.

 

What is the delivery time?

Within France
Orders within France are received are typically received within 3 to 5 working days after your payment.

Europe and Other Countries
Packages are shipped standard in order to keep the postal charges lower. Expected shipping time within Europe is 4-7 working days and other countries: 8-12 working days. Of course, shipping and customs delays can occur and are out of our control.

 

What are the shipping costs?

All orders are shipped by us through La Poste Colissimo or Delivengo. Shipping costs for the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium are 6.95 € (FREE for orders 75 €+).

Orders shipped in Europe Zone 1 incur a 9.95 € fee (FREE for orders 175 €+). Zone 1 includes: Austria, Denmark, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom,.

Shipping costs for the rest of Europe are 12.95 € (FREE for orders 175 € +). Zone 2 includes: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City.

Shipping costs for the rest of the world are 19.95 €. Shipping is FREE for orders over 250 €.

Which payment methods does Little Hedonist accept?

Payment of your purchases can be done through Ideal, Sofort, Bancontact/Mister Cash and Credit Card. At Little Hedonist your payment is safe through the payment system of Mollie. They guarantee that your transaction will be secure. As soon as the payment has arrived, the order will be processed by us right away and the standard delivery time through La Poste Colissimo / Delivengo applies. Please note: orders shipping abroad can take a little longer.

 

How can I order a product?

To place an order, please visit our online shop. Select a product, click on the shopping cart and proceed to payment. If you have any questions, please reach out via email at sales@littlehedonist.com.

 

Under which conditions can product be returned?

You can exchange or return your order – or a portion thereof (except sales items discounted 50% OFF or more).
You need to notify your return for the purpose of exchange within 5 days after receiving your order through an e-mail to: sales@littlehedonist.com.
Please specify which articles you wish to return and include your order-number.
Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please make sure that all returned items are in great condition and have their original labels attached and packaging around them.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will ask that you order your replacement through the website, and will process your refund after receiving the returned items.

In case of a refund, we will credit you the amount after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Please note that in case of a refund, if the original order amount is reduced below free shipping threshhold, the shipping cost for your region will be deducted from the credited amount.

Please note that since we want to be as sustainable as possible items with 50% discount and above cannot be returned.
