Neneh Cherry has teamed up with another Swedish music icon Robyn and here is the fruit of that collaboration. ‘Out Of The Black’ is the lead single on Neneh’s new album ‘Blank Project’ (produced by Four Tet), her first solo LP since 1996. The urban collage video was created by artist Dario Vigorito, aka 241-24-7.

American rock band Dum Dum Girls have released a short, 11-minute movie which features the song ‘Are You Okay?’ from their latest LP ‘Too True’. The thriller was written by Bret Easton Ellis and it stars Dee Dee, Shiloh Fernandez and Sophia Marzocchi. Pretty gloomy story!
Australian female rapper Iggy Azalea and British singer Charli XCX have teamed up and recorded ‘Fancy’ to pay tribute to the ’90s legendary ‘Clueless” film. The song itself might leave something to be desired, but the videoclip is worth watching to recall some classic movie’s scenes.
Australian electronic band Cut Copy have recently shared a nice video for ‘We Are Explorers’ from their ‘Free Your Mind’ LP (out now). The video was made with 3D printed little green figures who are exploring the world in the darkness. Nice one.
Sweden’s ambient pop artist Iamamiwhoami seems to have some special relationship with water. After taking a bath under waterfall (‘Fountain’) a month ago, in her new video Joanna Lee is diving into the deep, blue sea to hunt for pearls. She is quite interesting, isn’t she?

The electronic song ‘When Girls Collide’ comes from the most recent band’s album ‘Smilewound’ and the video was directed by Javier Longobardo.
Those girls, first they were asking not to save them, now they want to change somebody’s mind… Sisters from Haim have just shared the video for ‘If I Could Change Your Mind’ from their recent album ‘Days Are Gone’. It was directed by Warren Fu, known for collaboration with Daft Punk.

Swedish synthpop band, Little Dragon, have shared the first of two music videos for ‘Klapp Klapp’, which is the lead single from their forthcoming album, ‘Nabuma Rubberband’. Zombie-themed, supernatural video was directed by Taylor Cohen. Nabil, the creative director of this clip, will also take care of the second one.
‘Nabuma Rubberband’ is the first quartet’s LP after 2011’s ‘Ritual Union’. The record will be out May 13 in the U.S. and May 12 in the UK.
Another fantastic video, this time from the German electronic / indie rock band, the Notwist. ‘Kong’ is coming from their new album ‘Close to the Glass’ (out Feb 24).
The animated video is said to be “based on a true story that involved Marcus Acher and his family who got trapped in their home during an Ammer River flood in Weilheim, Germany. The young Acher was secretly hoping that a superhero would save his family as the waters rose around them.”
The clip was directed by Yu Sato and the illustrations were designed by Tim Divall.

Rudimental have just shared a great visual for their new single ‘Powerless’ featuring Becky Hill. It was shot in New York and tells the story of two identical twins, Deano & Scotty Burrell, who are professional boxers.
‘Powerless’ comes out 17th Feb as a sixth and final single from the platinum selling debut album ‘Home’ by the English quartet. The video was filmed and directed by David Edwards at Rattling Stick in New York.
Tomas Barfod, a Danish house dj/producer, has just shared a new track ‘Pulsing’ which features melodic vocals from Nina K. Barfod, who is also a member of Filur and a drummer of electropop band WhoMadeWho, teamed up with the Swedish vocalist before (2012) for ‘November Skies’ (from ‘Salton Sea’ album) and this new song is a follow-up to the previous successful collaboration. Gorgeous song and uhm… interesting video.
