Shipping
As we are a French company, our free shipping threshold is set to be from 150€ for the U.S. and Canada, which is roughly $160 USD, but can vary based on exchange rate fluctuations. Hence, you may hit free shipping requirements a little before, or after, the $160 mark, and this is unfortunately, out of our control.
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of ordering. Parcels are shipped from France, and typically received in the USA / Canada, within 7 to 10 days. If you require express shipping, please get in touch with us at sales@littlehedonist.com for a quote.
Our goal is to be as quick as possible when packing and shipping your order. Therefore, it is difficult for us to change or cancel your order after it has been confirmed. We will always try to honor changes if we are able to see your email before packing your order, however, as a small business, we do not have someone sitting behind a desk reading emails, and changes or cancellation are typically not accepted.
Returns
If you change your mind, please initiate a return by emailing sales@littlehedonist.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email should express your intent to return your purchase, or parts thereof, and include a picture of the product(s) to be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be provided for items in new condition, with tags on and in their original packaging. The refund of the original order amount will be returned to your method of payment.
Return shipping costs and responsibility will be borne by the customer. Please note that, if a refund triggers the original order amount to be lower than the free shipping threshold (see table above), the shipping cost for your region will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s) on our site. We will send you the correct item(s) after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) and proceed to refunding the original order amount to your method of payment.
Exceptions
Please note that since sustainability is in our DNA, items discounted 50% and above can not be returned.
