Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of ordering. Parcels within France will be shipped via La Poste Colissimo. All other parcels will be shipped by La Poste Delivengo or a similar service. If you require express shipping, please get in touch with us at sales@littlehedonist.com for a quote.
Our goal is to be as quick as possible when packing and shipping your order. Therefore, it is difficult for us to change or cancel your order after it has been confirmed. We will always try to honor changes if we are able to see your email before packing your order, however, as a small business, we do not have someone sitting behind a desk reading emails, and changes or cancellation are typically not accepted.
Returns
If you change your mind, please initiate a return by emailing sales@littlehedonist.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email should express your intent to return your purchase, or parts thereof, and include a picture of the product(s) to be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be provided for items in new condition, with tags on and in their original packaging. The refund of the original order amount will be returned to your method of payment.
Return shipping costs and responsibility will be borne by the customer. Please note that, if a refund triggers the original order amount to be lower than the free shipping threshhold (see table above), the shipping cost for your region will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s) on our site. We will send you the correct item(s) after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) and proceed to refunding the original order amount to your method of payment.
Exceptions
Please note that since sustainability is in our DNA, items discounted 50% and above can not be returned.

Who is eligible for Little Hedonist's military discount?
Subject to program terms, Active-Duty Military Personnel (including military spouses and dependents - U.S. only), Reservists, Retirees and Veterans, Gold Star (U.S. only) are eligible for the discount. The discount applies to U.S. military, as well as Canada military.
Can I use my discount code more than once?
No, each discount code may only be used for one checkout only. When your status is verified, you will be issued a unique promo code that can be used only once. However, subject to program terms, you may receive a new unique discount code up to two times every 30 days. When you are ready to shop again, you can re-verify your status and will receive a new promo code for use, upon successful verification. Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, and/or violation or abuse of this program will result in immediate suspension and/or order cancellation and may void the return policies related your purchases.
What kind of documentation do I need to verify eligibility?
Military personnel and their families will verify their eligibility through the secure SheerID form found above. Information such as first and last name, as well as birth date, are part of the information required to verify eligibility.
How long will it take to get the promo code?
The system will automatically, and immediately, generate a unique promo code for you to use on our site.
Program Terms
- Offer valid for current verified Military Personnel worldwide - eligible personnel include active duty, guard / reserve, and veterans and their spouses / dependants.
- Eligible customers will receive a discount code valid for single-use, on their order site-wide, purchased on littlehedonist.com. Unused discount codes expire when the program ends and are subject to program changes.
- Participation in the discount program and use of discount codes are non-transferable and are for the use of the verified person only. Any such transfer or unauthorized use may result in immediate account
suspension and/or order cancellation. Name on ID must match shipping and billing information. - Discounts may not be available for use on all products, and products are subject to availability. Other exclusions may apply.
- Merchandise ordered must be solely for personal use by the verified Military Personnel placing the order – no orders will be accepted for others under this program.
- Not valid on gift certificates, gift cards, shipping and handling, taxes, duties, or prior purchases. No cash value, not for resale and not redeemable for store or online credit or cash. Will not be refunded in the case of a return.
- Shipping charges and taxes are calculated after discount is applied.
- Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, and/or violation or abuse of this program will result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation and may void the return policies related thereto.
